#5 Do I have to pay tax?
We only charge tax if the order is shipping to South Carolina or Georgia.
#6 How quickly does my item ship?
95% of the time our items ship factory direct and we give our manufacturers an average of 3-5 business days for the item to leave their warehouses.
#7 Why do I have to pay return shipping?
Since we offer free standard shipping to our customers in the contiguous United States, the return shipping is at your cost. You can send returns via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.
